Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide daily supportive care in a compassionate environment. You will work within an interdisciplinary team focused on resident-directed care, answering calls, assisting with ADLs, and documenting care in records.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in MO/IL/PA or enrollment eligible for PA registry.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Experience with direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Answer call lights and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Participate in care/service planning to improve residents' lives.
• Assist with mealtime support and feeding as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Support resident involvement in daily activity decisions.
• Assist with therapies and treatments under licensed staff.
• Document care provided in clinical records.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols.
