Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a CN A to provide daily supportive and functional care for residents in a compassionate setting. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team with the resident directing their own care, ensuring comfort and dignity in daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, responding to call lights, recording care provided, and supporting residents and families with a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• CNA certification active in Missouri or Illinois.
• Enrollment or eligibility for PA nurse aide registry within 120 days of training completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Participate in care/service planning.
• Support feeding and mealtime assistance.
• Document care provided in records.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
