Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Support hygiene, mobility, range of motion, and positioning needs.
• Transport patients and deliver supplies within the unit.
• Monitor and document vital signs; report changes to RN.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and post-mortem care as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adheres to infection control policies.
• Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients and families.
