Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential daily living support for residents, including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will monitor health, document care, and report observations to nursing staff, while protecting privacy and dignity in line with HIPAA and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable with priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and document care activities.
• Report observations to nursing supervisors accurately.
• Respect residents’ privacy and dignity per HIPAA.
• Support residents with dementia with appropriate care.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership as needs change.
