Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care in Lindon, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate support to residents under care plans and supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and documentation in the electronic medical record. The role requires adherence to facility policies, infection control, and resident rights; prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse, med tech and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans and policies.
• Assists resident with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes and documents intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and records intake.
• Assists with weighing residents and reports changes to nurse.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows safety, infection control, and reporting requirements.
