Rocky Mountain Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, meal services, and documentation according to care plans and facility procedures.

The role requires current CNA certification, CPR/BLS, and a Food Handler permit, with the ability to work in a team and maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Competenze

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.

Mansioni

• Provides CNA services to residents as per care plans and policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) per care plans.
• Assists with lifting, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services and delivers meals and supplements.
• Documents intake and weight changes; reports skin condition and any concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows infection control policies.
• Performs duties assigned with attention to safety and quality.
