Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to residents as per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Documents intake and weight changes; reports changes to nurse.
