Rocky-Mountain-Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care under the direction of nursing staff. You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, documentation, and weight/skin checks in a long-term care setting.

The role requires a valid CNA certification (preferred), a High School diploma, CPR/BLS, and a Food Handler Permit, with prior long-term care experience a plus. This is an on-site position in Utah.

Qualificações

• Current CNA certification in good standing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS certification and Food Handler Permit required.
• At least one year in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Support nursing staff and document intake and weight changes.
• Assist with dining services, meals, and feeding as needed.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and confidentiality; report changes to supervisor.
