Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse, med tech and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents as needed.
• Coordinates dining room services at meals, including setup, delivery, feeding assistance and documentation of intake.
