Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care in Utah is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a SNF/ALF setting. The role supports daily living activities, monitors residents, and collaborates with nursing staff to maintain wellness and safety.

Qualified candidates hold an active Utah CNA certificate with CPR/BLS, food handler permit if applicable, and demonstrate reliability, empathy, and strong communication within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Utah CNA certificate required or in good standing with the state (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Current Food Handler Permit when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, bathroom, mobility).
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure appropriate diets.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
