Rocky Mountain Care Group in Woods Cross, Utah, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents under nursing supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, transport, feeding, and ensure adherence to care plans and facility policies.

Responsibilities include documenting intake and weight, supporting dining services, and notifying the nurse of any changes in condition. A current CNA license, CPR/BLS, and a Food Handler Permit are preferred; strong teamwork is essential.

Qualificações

• CNA in good standing with the state (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide CNA services to residents per care plans and policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning and transfers.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery and feeding assistance.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
• Document weight changes and report to nurse/supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control policies.
