Spectrum Health & Human Services is seeking a Clinic Office Assistant I at 27 Franklin Street to be the first friendly face in patient encounters. You will deliver exceptional customer service and support individuals experiencing a life crisis, helping them access needed services with compassion.

This role emphasizes strong phone and in-person communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with occasional evenings until 7pm.

Qualifications
