ABC in Denton, TX is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to welcome families starting their ABA journey. You will guide them through the admissions process with empathy, manage administrative tasks, and support outreach efforts.

You will become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC supports children, while collaborating with operations and leadership to ensure a smooth experience.

Competenze

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions and communications for busy clinics.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families.
• Assist marketing and admissions tasks to support operations.
