ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Cypress, TX to serve as the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide families through admissions with empathy, support, and confidence.

Competenze

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

Mansioni

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources.
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them.
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates.
