ABC is hiring a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, building trust and confidence at every step.

You will perform day-to-day administrative duties, support inbound calls from families, and act as a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC services help children and their families. Join a team-focused, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative, customer service or related experience is required.
• Passion for helping families and children with autism.
• Comfort with fast-paced clinic environments and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics.
• Handle inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Serve as a knowledge resource on autism to assist families.
• Support admissions and marketing tasks for operations leadership.
• Model ABC core values in daily work.
