Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and empathy for families.
• Passion for helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to educate others about ABC’s services.
• Assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support leadership.
• Model ABC values and be a cultural role model for your team.
