Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previousexperience working with animals preferred; veterinary or animal care background valued.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy required.
• Able to manage cash handling and scheduling with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly with professional, empathetic service.
• Check-in/out patients and communicate status to staff in real time.
• Maintain client communications via phone, email, and mail.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; triage based on urgency.
• Explain hospital services, vaccines, diagnostics, and aftercare.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure charges are captured.
• Process payments and refunds and assist with product sales.
• Support veterinarians and team with administrative tasks.
