Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior veterinary reception experience preferred.
• Ability to work on weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions and practice procedures.
• Maintains front desk, reception area, waiting area and exam rooms.
• Processes cash and card payments and accounts.
• Schedules appointments and manages client/patient files.
• Maintains veterinary records and data entry.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm demeanor.
• Addresses client concerns professionally.
