Eastern Animal Hospital in Baltimore is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide exceptional client experiences during every interaction. You will manage reception, records, appointments, and payments with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the CSR works to ensure high client satisfaction, accurate records, and smooth daily operations while promoting the hospital's 24/7 service culture and wellness-focused care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Veterinary experience preferred.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• OSHA safety practices including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the practice per manager instructions.
• Maintain clean public areas and front desk.
• Process payments and manage client accounts.
• Schedule appointments with doctor preferences.
• Greet clients and ensure a warm, friendly visit.
• Answer calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Assist in updating client/patient files and reminders.
• Support records and daily business posting.
• Handle emergencies per clinic policy.
