Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Caregiver to provide residents with routine daily care and medication services in a respectful, person-centered manner. You will support activities of daily living and help maintain residents' dignity according to care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, mobility, mobility devices, documenting care, and reporting changes to nurses. A compassionate, communicative team player is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide activities of daily living assistance (ADL) with dignity and respect.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of residents at all times.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or similar documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, mobility).
• Assist with moving and transferring residents using safe techniques.
• Document medications and care interactions according to policy.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse or supervisor.
• Support residents in social activities and comply with safety procedures.
