Job summary

• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and any side effects.
• Provide daily resident care according to the care plan and assist in dining rooms as assigned.
• Promote safety and infection control, report adverse reactions to the nurse.
• Assist residents with activities and daily living tasks, including mobility support.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
