The Goodman Group, LLC in Flagstaff is seeking a Certified Caregiver to provide residents with routine daily care and medication services in a compassionate, respectful manner in accordance with the assessment and service plan. The caregiver will assist with ADLs, mobility, safety, and communication with nurses, document medication administration, and support a caring living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Help move residents using safe lifting and transfer techniques.
• Report incident information and changes in condition to a supervisor.
• Assist with walking using devices as needed.
• Encourage social activity and participation in outings.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and requests for care.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Administer medications per provider instructions and document effects.
• Maintain medication administration records and report adverse reactions.
• Other essential duties as assigned.
