Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide residents with routine daily care in a compassionate, respectful manner in line with each resident's assessment and service plan.

You will assist with ADLs, transfers, mobility, and safety, encourage social activity, follow infection control practices, and report changes promptly. The role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to work with elderly and disabled residents in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining resident dignity.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents safely.
• Communicate changes to a supervisor promptly.
• Encourage participation in activities and outings.
• Follow infection control practices and safety protocols.
• Complete required documentation and incident reporting.
