Cogir Senior Living seeks compassionate Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide direct care and support to residents in a community setting. You will assist with daily living activities, promote comfort and safety, and support independence while upholding privacy and dignity.

Strong communication, teamwork, empathy, and patience are essential, along with stability for weekend rotations and adherence to safety protocols. Licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of professional caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily routines.
• Support independence, dignity, and emotional well-being in residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and room upkeep.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
