Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a team setting. You will support daily living activities, promote safety and dignity, and help residents maintain independence while protecting privacy.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, encouraging participation in enrichment programs, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff. Weekend rotation is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to promote independence and dignity.
• Facilitate participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain clean resident rooms.
• Promote open communication with health care professionals, families, residents and staff.
