Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide direct resident care in our communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and privacy, and support residents in maintaining independence with dignity.

Our team values compassionate care, teamwork, and respect for residents. Weekend rotation is required, with opportunities for ongoing training and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Promote independence and emotional support through engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintaining room tidiness.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
