Cogir Senior Living seeks Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in our community. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity while promoting independence and privacy, within a supportive team environment.

Join a values-driven culture focused on human care, creativity, and excellence. Weekend rotation is required; experience with memory care is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per protocols and safety guidelines.
• Provide independence, emotional support, engagement, and companionship to residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
