Responsibilities

• Schedule and triage appointment requests per approved protocols; consult clinicians as needed.
• Greet patients and conduct check-in processes; manage reminder calls and rescheduling.
• Use the EHR to take messages, scan and index documents, and balance payments per cash control procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current OSHA and ProHealth policies; assist coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
