The role supports the care team and patients by greeting, checking in, scheduling appointments, answering calls, collecting payments, and maintaining demographics. You will use the EHR per policy and may float to nearby practices as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience.
• Beginner level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer telephone inquiries and document details in the EHR.
• Collect payments and maintain demographic information.
• Provide coverage at other ProHealth locations as needed.
