Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, monitor condition, and communicate changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Accurate documentation and adherence to privacy policies are essential. Responsibilities include assisting with meals, personal care, transfers, and maintaining a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts accurately and descriptively.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and privacy.
