Arnold Machinery is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for compact equipment such as Takeuchi or Volvo. This role blends sales support, customer communication, and account management from the office or remotely, rather than fieldwork.

You will develop opportunities, qualify leads, manage dealer and customer relationships, and support forecasting and CRM updates to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts and sales activity.
• Familiarity with compact equipment products is a plus.
• Proficient with standard office software (MS Office, email).
• Ability to follow structured sales plans and report outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales opportunities and support ongoing account activity for dealers and direct customers.
• Assist outside sales teams by qualifying leads and following up with prospects.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to sales inquiries and provide product information.
• Support dealer networks and communications within assigned region.
