Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking a Longevity Ambassador to represent the organization in The Villages.

This in-person, part-time role focuses on wellness assessments, community outreach, and building connections with physicians and local clubs. You will host our longevity screening booth every Saturday, engage older adults in conversations about emotional wellness, and coordinate referrals with partner practices while coordinating with our virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions to ongoing

Qualifications

• Healthcare background or student pursuing healthcare field.
• Available min 10 hours per week, including 4 hours every Saturday managing booth.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults.
• Represent Total Life in the community and at partner sites as local contact.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, home health agencies, clubs, and organizers.
• Host longevity screening booth at local markets and events each Saturday.
• Collaborate with the virtual therapy team for smooth transitions into care.
• Log outreach activity in the CRM on the same day.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvements.
