Job summary

Total Life is seeking a Longevity Ambassador in The Villages, FL to engage older adults with emotional wellness education and community outreach. You will conduct in-person wellness assessments, host our longevity screening booth, and build relationships with physician practices and local clubs.

As the cheerful, outgoing face of Total Life, you will educate residents about emotional health, coordinate booth events on Saturdays, log activities in our CRM, and collaborate with our virtual therapy

Qualifications

• Genuinely extroverted and cheerful.
• Comfortable walking into a physician's office and introducing yourself without an appointment.
• Available a minimum of 10 hours per week, including 4 hours every Saturday managing our booth.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.
• Represent Total Life in the community and at partner sites as the local point of contact for clients, caregivers, and partners.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physician practices, home health agencies, activity directors, and club organizers across The Villages and surrounding communities.
• Host Total Life's longevity screening booth at a local market each Saturday, and participate in events at recreation centers, health fairs, and clubs.
