Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking a Longevity Ambassador to represent us in the Florida region, conducting in-person wellness assessments for older adults and building relationships with physician practices and residential sites.

You will host screening events, support transitions into care with our virtual therapy team, and maintain CRM records. A healthcare background and 10+ hours/week availability are ideal; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Extroverted, cheerful personality open to meeting new people.
Comfortable approaching physician offices and residential communities without appointments.
Warm, patient, and genuinely interested in older adults.
Healthcare background or student in medical/healthfield (MA/CNA/nursing/public health/gerontology).
Available a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Reliable transportation for local travel.
Able to use a CRM and standard communication tools.
Able to transport and set up booth materials.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.
Represent Total Life in the community and residential partner sites as the local contact.
Build and maintain referral relationships with physician practices and senior living communities.
Host longevity screening events at partner sites and assist attendees in booking appointments.
Collaborate with the virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into care.
Maintain timely CRM documentation and track outreach activities.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvements.
