Job summary

Total Life Inc. seeks a cheerful Longevity Ambassador to represent the organization in the Tampa area.

You will conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults, serving as the friendly face for clients, caregivers, and partners across the community. You will build referral networks with physician practices and residential sites, host longevity screening events, and coordinate with our virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Extroverted and cheerful personality with strong communication skills.
• Healthcare background or student status preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with physicians and residential communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.
• Represent Total Life in the community and residential partner sites as the local point of contact for clients, caregivers, and partners.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physician practices, senior living communities, and home health agencies across the territory.
• Host Total Life's longevity screening events at partner sites and help attendees book their first appointment.
• Collaborate with the virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and log community outreach activity in the CRM the same day.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving community-based programs.
