Job summary

Total Life in The Villages seeks a Longevity Ambassador to engage with older adults in person, conduct wellness assessments, and be the friendly face of Total Life in the community. You will build relationships with physician practices and clubs, host our longevity screening booth on Saturdays, and collaborate with our virtual therapy team for smooth transitions into ongoing care.

• Able to engage diverse older adults in conversations about emotional wellness.
• Experience building relationships with practices, clubs, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults.
• Represent Total Life in the community and at partner sites as local contact.
• Build referral relationships with physician practices, home health agencies, clubs, and organizers.
• Host the longevity screening booth at markets and events.
• Coordinate with virtual therapy team for smooth transitions to care.
• Document activities in CRM on the day of outreach.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to program improvements.
