Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking a Longevity Ambassador to represent us across Greater Philadelphia.

In this in-person role you will conduct wellness assessments with older adults, build relationships with physician practices and residential partner sites, and serve as the friendly local contact for clients and caregivers. You will develop referral networks, host longevity screening events, and collaborate with our virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing care.

Qualifications

• In-person community outreach experience preferred.
• Healthcare background or student is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults.
• Represent Total Life with physician practices and residential sites.
• Build referral networks with clinics and senior living communities.
• Host longevity screening events at partner sites.
• Document outreach activities in the CRM daily.
• Collaborate with therapy teams to support transitions into care.
• Meet and liaise with caregivers and clients in the field.
