Job summary

JusticeLink, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Community Reception Coordinator to welcome guests and guide clients through one-stop services for housing, education, employment and case management within a collaborative multi-agency network.

The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, coordinating resources, and supporting staff to manage high client volumes while ensuring accuracy in records and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with criminal-legal system impacted clients preferred; lived experience highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Create a trusting, comfortable environment for individuals involved in the criminal-justice system.
• Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
• Connect clients to co-located programs and providers.
• Dispense and track basic-need resources.
• Coordinate transportation for clients.
• Coordinate with Court Navigators.
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
• Maintains office supplies and accuracy of inventory.
• Coordinate the maintenance of the office structure and equipment with vendors.
• Assist in submitting and tracking expenses, invoices and receipts.
• Research and collect information.
• Other duties as assigned including those required to fulfill activities in support of JusticeLink operations
