Job summary

The Diversion Hub in Norman, OK is seeking a Justice Navigator to support its programs that assist justice-involved individuals. You will conduct intakes, coordinate jail releases, assist with probation and court requirements, and communicate with partners to ensure compliant case management.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in social work, criminal justice, or related fields, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to work with diverse communities.

Qualifications

1 to 3+ years of experience in social work, communication, criminal justice, political science, or similar human service area.
Clearance of background check is required.
Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
Ability to interact with people from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Conduct intakes for all new clients seeking assistance.
Coordinate jail releases, discharge planning, and probation/court requirements.
Research and document client involvement, maintain progress notes, and communicate with case managers.
Track court appearances and maintain comprehensive client records to aid compliance.
Assist with pre-trial and/or probation compliance and liaise with partners and judges.
