Job summary

Curry County Justice is seeking a Reentry Services Coordinator to connect participants with housing, transportation and mental health services after release. The role requires collaboration with program staff and community agencies to support successful reentry and reduce recidivism.

The position emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with community resources; bilingual abilities are helpful, and a New Mexico driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; work experience and college education may be considered as equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in community-based resource navigation, case management, or reentry support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Link reentry participants with housing, transportation and mental health resources.
• Collaborate with the Reentry Services Program Manager, detention staff, community-based organizations and public agencies to provide client-centered support.
