GEO Reentry Services, LLC is seeking a Community Navigator to develop and maintain a region-wide network of community-based service providers and referral sources to support participants in reintegration. The role stabilizes participants with essential needs and connects them to treatment providers when needed.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years in criminal justice or social services, and strong English skills. Proficiency with ARMS and document management is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in criminal justice, treatment or social services.
• Bachelor’s degree in social services, criminal justice preferred.
• Excellent English spelling and communication skills.
• Ability to document and comply with program requirements.
• Ability to work with computers and necessary software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a network of community-based service providers.
• Identifies and recruits providers to meet participants’ needs.
• Connects participants to needed services.
• Maintains working relationships with state, county, and federal program admins.
• Ensures participants obtain eligible benefits and essential documents.
• Acts as liaison between community providers and GEO facilities.
• Documents referrals and significant events in the ARMS database.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
