Job summary

City Care in Oklahoma City is seeking a Resource Coordinator Advocate to support guests experiencing homelessness through intake, assessments, documentation recovery, and connections to wraparound services.

You will provide trauma-informed case management, data entry, and collaboration with community partners to help clients achieve housing stability while maintaining confidentiality and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management, recovery, justice, or advocacy.
• Experience with adults or children with disabilities.
• Able to pass background check, driving record, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mission, vision, and values of City Care.
• Assist guests with shelter intake, assessments, and documentation collection.
• Complete HMIS data entry and required documentation.
• Help clients obtain IDs, Social Security cards, birth certificates, and income proof.
• Educate guests on shelter rules, expectations, and policies.
• Develop individualized plans addressing unmet needs and overall wellness.
