The YMCA of the Treasure Coast is seeking a Welcome Center Staff member to create a warm, inclusive environment for members and guests at our front desk. You will greet visitors, share information about programs, assist with check-ins and registrations, and help keep the Welcome Center organized and inviting.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work varied hours.
• Basic computer skills and software familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about YMCA programs, memberships, and services.
• Handle member check-ins and registrations efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Welcome Center area.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, phone coverage, and scheduling.
• Promote YMCA programs and membership opportunities to encourage community engagement.
