Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's local community strategy, build relationships with Ambassadors and studios, and support product seeding and events. You will deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor, bringing a community perspective to every connection.

In this role, you will collaborate with store leadership, manage local partnerships, and attend regional events, helping lululemon become a welcoming hub for fitness and movement in the Waikoloa area.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with store leadership and community partners

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life
• Establish and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios)
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and attract guests
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership
• Foster an inclusive, team-focused work environment
