Access Community Care seeks a Community Services Manager to lead and grow our programs in Beaverton, Oregon. You will supervise ADL and DSA teams, oversee participant intake and contracts, ensure HIPAA-compliant records, and drive service quality and program expansion.

You will partner with HR and finance to align staffing, budgets, and compliance with state and federal requirements, including OARs and ODDS regulations, while providing compassionate, client-centered advocacy and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment & onboarding: Partner actively in hiring decisions and structured onboarding practices.
• Talent development & mentorship: Lead, develop, and motivate ADL and DSA teams for engagement and retention.
• Performance accountability: Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, coaching.
• HR collaboration: Manage performance concerns and disciplinary issues with HR using the EPR tool.
• Operational oversight & auditing: Supervise day-to-day operations and monitor audit fidelity.
• On-call support: Participate in leadership weekend on-call rotation to support urgent needs.
• Program expansion: Develop, promote, and expand ADL and DSA participant bases; identify needs and referrals.
• Intake & contracting: Oversee referral intake, initial contracts, and annual renewals.
• Person-centered advocacy: Participate in ISP meetings aligning services with goals.
• Mediation & family relations: Mediate inquiries or grievances with empathy and resolution.
• OAR compliance: Maintain knowledge of Oregon Rules and ODDS regulations and funding standards.
• Compliance training: Ensure staff meet state and agency compliance requirements; track CE.
• Professional continuing education: Complete at least 24 hours of training per year.
• Incident investigations: Review and audit incident reports and complete Phase 2 investigations.
