Advocates for Life Skills & Opportunity Inc. is seeking a Services Manager in Portland, OR. You will blend administration with direct support, supervising a team while ensuring safe, compliant, and meaningful services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will lead scheduling, documentation, and coordination with families and providers, and you will model compassionate advocacy in everyday operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of experience in human services or a related field.
• Must meet background check requirements in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules and ALSO standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification, Delegations, and Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certifications.

Aufgaben

• Provide Hands-On Care: work directly with individuals in homes and communities toward self-directed goals.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Direct Support Professionals and Lead Support Professionals.
• Develop staffing schedules, track training, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate services with families, guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers; ensure licensing compliance.
