Job summary

Advocates for Life Skills & Opportunity (ALSO) is seeking a Services Manager for our Supported Living program in Oregon. You will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals delivering person-centered care and ensure programs meet high standards of quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with the Associate Services Director to grow the department, manage staffing, and coordinate ISP implementation while advocating for autonomy and inclusion of the individuals we serve.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in human services or a related field.
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Flexibility to cover day, swing, and graveyard shifts and travel between sites in the Portland Metro area.
• Certifications must meet background and driving requirements per OARs and ALSO standards; CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Direct Support Professionals delivering person-centered care on a 1:1 basis.
• Collaborate with Associate Services Director to drive departmental growth and quality.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance support through regular check-ins.
• Maintain proper documentation (MAR, T-Logs, ISP data) to ensure compliance.
• Oversee Staffing Coordination to ensure coverage and uninterrupted service delivery.
