Job summary

Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health in Portland, Oregon seeks a Clinical Operations Manager I to provide leadership and operational oversight across our programs. You will supervise the Operations Team, coordinate recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, training compliance, fiscal processes, technology support, and facility activities to keep services running smoothly.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 4+ years in operations, and strong people skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Four or more years’ experience in a progressively responsible operations position.
• Experience supervising, coaching, or coordinating staff.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, contracts, administrative codes and other regulations.
• Knowledge of quality improvement theory, principles and practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with families and professionals.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto registration and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and provide operational oversight for Family Behavioral Health operations.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, training compliance, fiscal processes, technology support, and safety activities.
• Serve as key resource to staff, site leadership, HR, Accounting, CQI, and System Leadership.
• Supervise Operations Team staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend site leadership and system-wide meetings; communicate operational information.
• Oversee interview scheduling, background checks, onboarding and technology issuance.
• Manage workforce administration, promotions, transfers, terminations in ADP.
• Oversee annual background checks and DOH credentials.
• Maintain training records and monitor compliance.
• Reconcile corporate credit card activity and manage client resource needs.
• Provide technical and systems support; troubleshoot IT issues.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and safety.
• Support Clinical Quality Improvement activities.
• Provide cross-training and team coverage.
• Perform additional duties and special projects.
