Job summary

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools seeks a Manager, Community Schools Initiatives to lead a portfolio of schools under the CCSPP, coordinating grants, services, and partnerships that improve student outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with schools, community partners, and officials, plus strong outcomes-based management and reporting skills. It is a hybrid role with grant-funded duration through 2029, reporting to the Director, Equity Programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience leading school or nonprofit program development.
• Ability to build collaborative partnerships with schools, community groups, and government.
• Experience with outcomes management and grant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular check-ins and consultation to Coordinators.
• Mentor Coordinators to build cohesiveness and capacity.
• Coordinate Grand Management and reporting across portfolio of schools.
• Lead data-informed program decision making and progress monitoring.
