Job summary

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is seeking a Manager, Community Schools Initiatives to lead the California Community Schools Partnership Program across multiple sites. The role requires coordinating with school teams, community partners, and local officials to implement evidence-based community supports for students and families.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of nonprofit or public-education program leadership, strong outcomes monitoring, and experience with government

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of progressive professional work experience leading school-system-based program development and implementation for underrepresented populations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in leadership within a public school or school system.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular check-ins and consultation to Community Schools Coordinators.
• Mentor Coordinators to build capacity and program staff capability.
• Manage implementation of Community Schools Initiatives across a portfolio of schools.
